I lived here for 2 years and it was great! The staff were helpful and my apartment was clean and nice when I moved in. It's really nice to all have your own bathrooms. Maintence is awesome here... they will come almost immediately after putting in a work order. Monday mornings someone is out cleaning up all the remains from the weekend (beercans, etc.) and it's always pretty nice. Sunchase is better than many of the other options close to JMU and I loved living there!
