Overall, good apartments, although I'd recommend living on an upper floor because you can really hear neighbors walking above you. Apartments are large new, and include a washer/dryer. If you value quick maintance service and a trustworthy staff more than a super well built building (it's new but has some overall construction flaws) you'll be happy here.
