It is VERY nice to come home and have a quaranteed place to park. This definately beats the gamble of unreserved parking communities, which quite often leads to mile long hikes on late evenings home. Think about it how often does a family leave for the evening is separate cars. If you have two vehicles you are most likely traveling after business hours in one of those vehicles together thus one reserved spot is sufficient. With a reserved spot you guarentee a quick simple resoltion when comming home late. With unreserved parking you gambling the chance of parking anywhere at anytime regardless of how many vehicles you have. Furthermore if you have more than 2 vehicles you probably need to readjust your reasoning and put redirect your assets in sound investments such as A HOME - with a driveway of your own and/or garage. Be realistic you are renting an apartment! Parking is fair and management is flexible even with the big willies who have 10 cars... and still live in apartments.
