Oakwood is overpriced. The parking is horrible - not enough spaces for everyone. Each apartment only gets one space and there are only a handful of "extra" spaces. You can hear everything through the walls, the water pressure is horrible and they do not enforce the "no trash" on the balcony rule. Many people use the balconies to store their trash that leads to an unsightly mess. High turn-over in staff.
