Very through building manager even when things got rough

Despite having to endure the loss of a highly-value parcel, the Oakwood staff, particularly the property manager, made me feel as if its recovery or an acceptable solution to my problem was their first priority.
Admittedly, it took several days for us to get it right, but the property manager was always available to meet me, take my calls and responded to my e-mails within 15 minutes every time.
Though there are still a few flaws here, no place is perfect. I suggest a view facing the airport, which affords some pretty cool views. The two big plusses here are the gym, which has very modern equipment and the ethnic balance.
