Parking terrible, horribly loud appliances, and I can't wait to move out

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Moved in about a year ago. Had over 14 problems including broken blinds, water problems, carpets needing to be replaced, etc.
All they could say was, we knew about the problems but did nothing. Hey at least they're honest right'
It's a beautiful community covering a lot of problems. I can deal with some maintenance, however, this place set the record for me. The carpets had to be replaced when we moved in, so we had to move our stuff around completely 3 times. The full size washer and dryers are more like compact machines with full-size exteriors. Oh, and the washing machines are so loud on spin you can hear other apartments when they do laundry.
The appliances are piss-poor quality. The refrigerator was also known to be broken upon move-in and had to be repaired.
Now, the final and MOST annoying thing of all: parking. You think you're getting a great deal with a gated community' Think again, this place gives you ONE parking spot, and then it's a free for all with a total of about 15 visitor spaces in the development. There is an undesignated area by the pond that people parrelel park on. Here's what every person complains about: there are currently 6 work trailers sitting there(4 not hooked to anything except blocks) and an abandoned vehicle from May-03. This has been reported numerous times as policy violations, and Oakwood is too afraid to piss anyone off by towing stuff, so they use their diplomatic little faces to say, "I know, I see it too, I totally agree." How about, "We'll tow them things out of there so no one hates us anymore."
Overall, the location is the only positive I can say about this place. It's by 28 and 267, and lots of shopping all around. Work orders are promptly taken care of, however, on more than one occasion, I had to file the same order twice because it 'got lost' or 'mistakenly wasn't entered.' There are tones of little kids who roam like wild animals in the parking lot, and the parents speak almost no English and don't care if you make tire treads over little Johny.
The price exceeds the value here, live elsewhere. PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE!!!
