Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
We've been living in a 1 bedroom/1 bath with den for almost 10 months now. Overall we are very satisfied living here. I would reccomend getting a garage apartment because the driveways are long enough to fit two cars behind and that usually solves our parking issues. My only complaint is that our living room layout does not fit a couch and love seat - only a couch and since we couldn't see the apartment before out move-in day, there was no way to know.
