I've lived here for just about 3 years now, and prior to Archstone taking ownership of the community, I never once had to question my safety. Oakwood Worldwide made this a pleasant complex in which to live.

In the past year, the resident demographic of this community has shifted dramatically. There are families living in these units with WAY more people allowed than the law allows, I've noticed unsavory people loitering in the parking lots after hours, and most recently the business center (where residents are allowed to use computers and whatnot) was shut down due to an arson attempt. ARSON' That's what I was told directly by an Archston staff member. They don't even have plans to reopen it either.
Nobody tried to set anything on fire when Oakwood managed this place. Interesting..

Save your money and find another community who values your safety, because this place isn't it. The staff makes promises it can't keep, the parking is an absolute nightmare, and you can find better management companies elsewhere.
