I have uploaded some pictures from the community website to show you how beautiful this place really is. I have never had any majoy problems just an occasional maintenance issue but it is fixed within 24hrs. The rent as others have said is very pricey and the parking here does suck especially if you have 2 cars. If you can get an attached garage or detached do it for the extra $175 month because if you don't, good lucky finding a spot to put for your other car since they will tow you at your expense and trust me they tow often. We live on the top floor so it is very quiet. The apartments are right by the Dulles Airport so you will here planes often, but you get use to it, I mean come on this is Virginia, you hear helicopters and gunfire all the time especially if you live in Quantico or a Marine base.

This place is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and would probably buy if they went condo. I will be renewing my lease though so I do expect it to increase but hey what can you do'

I had to laugh at the "helicopters and gunfire" comment. I agree with your review although I don't think we'd buy here if it went condo--the quality is good but not THAT good. Parking and airport noise are the two drawbacks to living here. Safety, convenience, apartment layouts and amenities, maintenance, and office staff are all pluses.
