My family and I have only been here for about 3 weeks and we love it. It seems very safe when compared to going out into other parts of Herndon. The other tenants seem to keep to themselves which is great. The parking is a little tight especially if you have a full sized SUV. My greatest concern is living on the 4th floor. I would not mind it if it were only me and my husband, but we have small children. The stairs can be a bit much when trying to help them and bring in groceries. I'm also concerned that their little steps can be heard by the tenants below. We don't want to be a bother.
