Got a great price on a two bedroom here! I LOVE my apartment and the community! The office and maitenance staff ROCK! Anytime I have a service request for maitenance or need something from the office staff, I am always greeted by a friendly face and they always make sure it is done! Parking is assigned, one space per apartment (unless you have a garage space which some apartments come with one included in the rent) which is fine by me since I only have 1 car for my household.

The airplace noise from Dulles Airport which is nearby, can be heard when you are outside, but is nothing to deal with compared to the noisey Highway I used to live by when I leased with Bozutto.

The apartment layout's are practical and the community grounds and amenities are beautiful. My mom always told me you get what you pay for and here you for sure get more than what you pay for, but that's my opinion! If you asked....I'd tell you, if you don't lease her your crazy! This community and Archstone Apartments are the BEST apartment communities I've ever lived in!

Um... wow it could not be more obvious that someone working for this community wrote this GLOWING review. Stop trying to boost your rating with false positive reviews of the community and read why people are not recommended the property and fix those problems. Then real residents would gladly post positive comments. Duh!

I don't work for this community; my husband and I have lived here for three months, and we like it. The apartments are in nice condition, being fairly new, the maintenance staff is prompt and reliable, and the community itself is decent. We can hear the airport from inside the apartment (we're on the side closest to it), but I've learned to tune it out. We visited the complex a few times, at different times of the day and week, before deciding to lease here--to check the noise level and parking situation. Parking is the biggest drawback of living here. We have an apartment with a garage, so fortunately we don't have to worry, but I feel badly for people who have more than one car. Some folks have complained about the staff; a couple of them aren't as "personable" as others, but I've always approached them very nicely and have never had any issues. Would I say this is the best community I've ever lived in? Well, I haven't lived in that many apartments, but it's definitely a LOT better than Village @ McNair Farms, from where we moved. I'd recommend it to anyone who isn't worried about parking or airport noise; it's a pleasant place to live.
