At first everything was great for the first 6 months, after that everything has just been bad. We are on the top floor, yet we can actually hear the people below us and the floor even rattles from the kids running in the halls. Kids also play in the middle of the streets and on numerous occasions have ridden there bike right in front of my car and others at full speed without looking. The apartment complex only posts notes on all apartments telling everyone to watch there kids which doesn't do anything.

Parking is a nightmare. If you more than 1 car, good luck finding a spot for it. You get 1 reserved space and the visitor spots are scarce and far inbetween.

The safety of the complex has really gone down hill as well, I will not get into the detail my spouse has had happen to her, but police are in the apartment complex at least once every 2 weeks.

Thank god are lease is up in January. And for the price you can find alot better.

We've lived in this complex for three months, and I've only seen a police car in the complex once. Kids will be kids. I ran out in front of cars when I was a kid; I'm sure you did too. Any time you live in a place with a lot of children, you have to be extra careful. Would you complain if some kid ran out in front of your car while you were driving by a school? Probably not. And in all honesty, do you really think you'd be able to find an apartment complex where NO kids EVER ran out in the street? Unless it was a 55 complex, I don't think you could. These apartments aren't made of concrete, so you're going to hear some noise from others. We hear kids running up and down the stairs, but only a couple times per week, and it isn't that often to be bothersome. Yes, the parking is a nightmare. That's why we rented an apartment with a garage and some space in the driveway--we wouldn't have rented here otherwise.
