Been living here about 5 months. Very nice, with only a few problems. The apartment manager is very cool, as are most of the leasing consultants. Maintenance is very fast and always seems to fix any problems that come up. Walls are a bit thin, but that comes with the territory. Parking is tight after 10pm, but there is always a space somewhere - you just may need to walk 50 feet. The apartments are BIG, which is nice. There is a hidden garbage charge ($15), so watch out for it. Only other issue is that the fitness center is very nice, with very bad hours - its only open when the leasing office is. If you work in the area, its a great place to live - very convenient.
