If you have a problem/question - you have to leave multiple phone calls to get an answer from someone. You ask them to call you back and it takes days if they call at all. You call the "Office Professionals" again and they say that the individual with the answer is not available - "Can you call back'" Here's a novel idea - how about the individual or a representative calling the customer back in a timely manner. "Customer Satisfaction" is written all over their brochures, but trust me - this apartment complex doesn't know whom their customers are!!!! The frustration caused by the lack of "customer care" at this complex negates any positive aspects of it. I would not recommend this place to someone until the Staff is replaced in whole or they have taken some classes in customer relations!!! I want to see documentation of it too!
