Sorry, I really am a resident here. Please let me know if any of my facts are wrong.

I try to be understanding of management?s position when dealing with problems like the ones previous people have mentioned because I work in a service industry also.

For example, I don?t doubt what others have said regarding roach problems. The point I am trying to make is that the roaches were not put there by management, nor did they get as bad as they were overnight. Can you imagine how nasty someone has to live for them to get roaches and for them to be so bad they get into nearby apartments' I have spoken to a few neighbors who say the roaches are vastly improved and/or gone after they hired a new pest control service.

I won?t preach to you here. It?s just common sense. Problems come up, it?s a fact of life. My experience has been great. I have not had pests in my apartment, my service calls are answered quickly and the office staff is very friendly and helpful.

That?s my story and I?m sticking to it.
