We we first moved in the shelf in the closet fell off the wall. Knobs in the kitchen were stripped very bad. Overall its ok.
They were suspossed to be new apartments but they seems pretty worn to me. I stay on the bottome level and it is horrible. The people up staris have no respect and they seem to make as much noise as possible.
