I've lived here for almost a year between two different apartments. The staff is very friendly. The community is in a great location.

Maintenance has always been excellent in fixing problems right away.

Apartments are spacious, even in the smallest one bedroom. Closet space is definitely nice with plenty of room to store things. Full size washer and dryer is a plus as well. I haven't ever heard my neighbors.

Windows are huge so plenty of sunlight comes in. The 9 ft ceilings definitely help.

Some drawbacks:

The gates are so annoying. Although recently they did open them up full-time. I'm hoping it's permanent.

I did encounter some ants in one of my apartments. Nothing that wasn't taken care of by ant traps though.

The construction is so shoddy. It's not uncommon for things to break. However, the maintenance people do fix things within a day. Counters and floors are definitely not flat. Nothing out of the ordinary for apartment living.

I've notice poor water pressure in my current apartment. Nothing major just a minor annoyance.

The garbage and recycling piles up really bad sometimes. It really needs to be emptied more frequently.

Apartments here tend to be pricey compared to the surrounding area.

Even with these drawbacks, i've had a positive experience here.
