The staff is quite friendly but incompetent. Things break down often and are never fixed. Complaints that are called in never seem to make it to the computer. The repair staff takes days to come over. We have had ants in the apartment, and earthworms and slugs (from a hole in the wall) but no roaches. Wind and cold blows into the apt through the door and windows but nothing ever gets fixed. Snow is not ploughed till atleast 24 hrs or more. I wouldn't have picked this place if I had known about all these issues.

I completely disagree with the review. I have lived here since 2003, and have been very happy! I live in a fourth floor apartment, have seen one ant, which the crew promptly delivered ant traps and offered free pest control service. The staff IS competent, and have been very efficient to my requests. With regards to the items getting fixed, the snow removal was a priority last week, therefore work orders were put on hold, including mine. Every one on the staff, including the office, were outside trying to get rid of the foot of ice that had accumulated and were helping residents shovel out their cars. Love it here!

I've been a resident since they opened and I think the review that was given was a little premature. Due to the fact the review happens to be after the ice storm we received. I understand that things could of been done differently but they did everything that they possibly could. There was even office staff outside shoveling snow and removing trapped vehicles out of their parking spaces. So to say they are incompetent is a little harsh in my opinion. Woodland Park is a beautiful community and would recommend it to anyone.

I totally disagree with you. We are here on a nine month lease and for sure we are going to renew it. Management is perfect as it can be and so is the maintainence. Don't be harsh on them.

Wow. I think it's pretty clear that some of the employees of Woodland Park are posting reviews and responses. Nice. (You wouldn't give it away so much if you'd vary your responses.)

Actually, I am a resident (Archstone 13)! :-) I used to work at an apartment community and know how hard the office works. I am simply supporting them and all they do. Did you notice that this web-site is primarily for people who are unhappy? I think those of us who are happy living here need to post POSITIVE feedback. Love it here!!!!
