My rent has increased 15 percent in a year and a half. The staff is generally friendly, but cannot help you with anything. It takes 3 weeks and 5 calls to get the garbage disposal fixed. Dont even bother renting a parking spot, they refuse to remedy if someone parks in it. In the winter, snow gets piled in the spaces, and will not be removed in spite of repeated requests. Complaints about noisy neighbors go unheeded. A child living above me jumps hard enough as to knock items off of my shelves, three complaints have been registered by me, and more from other apartments, to no avail. My advice is do not rent here.

I firmly disagree with the most recent review. The staff is very capable!!! Have you lived at other apartment communities to compare? For the disposal, maybe a special part had to be ordered? If someone parks in your spot, call the towing company, that's what I have done in the past. Did you even LOOK at the reponses to snow removal? Why don't you open your eyes...the ENTIRE office staff was doing snow removal for two days!!!! Several inches of snow, with several inches of ice on top of that is basically concrete...lets see how fast you can remove it! Trust me, I was busting my butt to get my vehicle out of the snow too. The staff came by and helped me finish the job!! Were you out there HELPING them get your OWN vehicle out? Finally, these are apartments, NOT homes, general noises are usual. I have lived here for several years and have been more than impressed with the staff and response times to items being fixed in my apartment.
