I have lived here for only 2 month. But their services do impress me. I got a leakage under the sink and broken flush lever (I think it is common for living in an apartment), I just left a online message to the management in the evening and they fixed it the next morning.

I never had any difficulty in finding a parking during the night. And the Bus to the Metro Station is right in front of Apartment gate.
