I've had no major problems with management but I've needed little from them. As for the apartment itself, all appliances are basic: washing machine, refrigerator, no microwave. The walls are paper thin so noise is a problem; if you're not on the top floor, you'll hear your neighbors upstairs. Depending on which complex you live in, finding a parking spot close can be difficult in the evening but there's always parking somewhere.

There is currently construction and reserved land for *MAJOR* construction near the complex so be extremely wary of which building you decide to rent.

The apartment's building materials goes from one extreme to the other. The kitchen counters are cheap while the windows and shades are expensive.

BIG PROBLEM: There have been car break-ins and management has done nothing besides send out a letter announcing this fact and for residents to act as Archstone's free night security.
