I lived in The Ashford Meadows Apartment complex for just over two years [moved out Spring of 2002].



Despite multiple requests to correct plumbing for washer machine [hot and cold water lines were inverted], this issue was never addressed. The sliding screen door going out to the deck was bent so badly it would not slide without a greet deal of force, and it would blow off the tracks in even a mild storm, occasionally maintenance would push it back into place after storms [sometimes waiting up to 4 ? 5 months], but no effort was made to fix this issue.



Leasing office would sign for packages on your behalf if you were not available, and normally did a good job of notifying you that they had a package for you. Parking is ample, and rarely a problem even if you have several guest over.



Rent was steep, but not too far out of line with the rest of Herndon. I have been out of the complex for over 6 months and I have not received any word regarding my security deposit.
