I just left Ashford Meadows after living here for 4 years. The 1st year was great under Bozzuto Mgmt. Once Lincoln Property took over, things went down hill quickly. Customer service, property maintenance and apartment maintenance have all been terrible. Being a property manager myself, I feel more qualified to offer an opinion on what is expected from the staff. In 2002 during the gas outage and 0 temperatures, the office forwarded their phones to the answering service all day so as not to be disturbed. if I did this, I would get fired. Their home office was not even aware of this. Lincoln is the worst!!!
