I have lived in Ashford Meadows for only a few weeks, but I have gotten nothing but fast maintence service and friendly smiles when I walk into the leasing office. We have had 1 emergency with our washer flooding our laundry room, and the maintenence man was there in 5 minutes, and the whole ordeal was over with in 24 hours (drying, etc.) Construction seems to be the only problem we've faced (leaks) and the thin walls/ceiling.
