Service went downhill

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
 
When I first got to Ashford Meadows, it was being run by Bozzutto.... that was service. Then management changed... the service went downhill - the people in the office were rude, they never cared for their residents. Snow removal was lacking, noise complaints went nowhere.

Pity, since the property is nice, the apartments are nicely laid out.
