Welcome to Curry Town!

Guys, welcome to curry town! Free curry spices, drum music beats, & many many more once a life time experience. Bonus mid-night concerts! (Special thanks to our lovely International neighbors). All these are free with your monthly rent at Ashford Meadows apartment community.
Old buildings, lousy maintances, over-load trash, and not enough parking spaces. The management team is providing worse services than a cheap time-share.
Ladies at the leasing office can really talk you to sign the paperwork. They are the Pros. They lie to me on everything!
Go else where! Ashford Meadows is operating by a RIP-OFF management team.

Old? Built in 1998 makes them 10 years old?
Trash is not overloaded, it is the residents who refuse to put trash in the bin. I have actually climbed over trash just to reach an empty bin.
And since you ripped on my positive review - name something you were lied about? If it is in wiring, Fairfax County would love to hear about it - as would I.
No I do not work for them. I am a 3.5 year resident who enjoys the location and the complex. And my "International" neighbors can be a mixed bag, but I try and get to know them. Even going upstairs and complaining in person when they got too noisy. Never happened again.

I have lived in Ashford Meadows for two years now and none of the problems with the apartment complex are true. As the previous poster stated the apartments are ten years old and from what I can tell they are well maintained unless some of the tenants are abusive to the common areas.
As for the cooking, well, imagine how you would feel if you were visiting a country where they frowned upon grilling a steak and thought the stench of burning meat was extremely offensive. Being from Texas, I simply love the aroma myself, but I think I made my point.
In the two years I have lived here, I had problems with late night noise from my neighbors only once and when I asked them politely to tone it down, they were very cooperative and turned down the music and their voices right away.
Maybe the original poster lives in another complex and got theirs confused with Ashford Meadows. I have friends over all the time who tell me how much they like the place and I have had one friend move in and received a bonus from the office. I don't know how anyone could not like living here.

I lived there for more than 2 and a half years but did not find any problems with the parking.
When we moved in, the apartment was in a good shape. The appliances were also good, the A/C was also in good condition, never got a problem.
I was reading through the review and came across one review that said' the maintanance guys will come to our home eventhough you were not at home'.As long as I know, if they have to do some maintanance first thing they used send the notes to the residents, if we are ok with the maintanance to come to our home when we are not at home, then only they come. One more thing is they always left my apartment as it is.
As for as the curry smelling, yes came across with that alot.
What if their cooking style is like that?
