We are now in our 3rd year here and have to say we still love the place.

Downside: Neighbors above us flick cigarette butts off the balcony onto ours, and a few people STILL believe that they need not clean up after their pets. Wish the county law had a bounty system, I'd photograph and turn the all in.

In any case the positives are still why we stay. Maintenance is great, we know several of the personally (though we have not had issues). Front desk has always been nice to us.

Plenty of parking, and a nice multi-cultural place to live.

We would recommend this place to anyone.

Anyone who thinks this place is "Still very nice" must have very limited experience in life and would also think Applebee's is gourmet food. Get a grip !

You must be one of the girl who works in the leasing office. Let me guess... you gotta be "Lisa" the residents manager? It's not fair for you guys to rate your workplace. 5.0 is a lie. We all know.

No I am not "Lisa", but she handles my lease as she was not the resident manager when we moved in, she was just an "office girl". We do not have the same issues others have, it is apartment living, and I have been in worse places. My issues would be 1 girl in the office that is rude (but I just bypass her now), careless residents who believe service people are there to pickup after them, and people who live here that believe their pet can crap anywhere they want. I have taken the time to get to know the maintenance people personally, they are very helpful, and are always willing to help out. Of course, they tell me we are better than average residents, since when my toliet backs up, I try to start the clean up before they come. I am not going to sit around in crap and complain of others. We sweep the hallway ourselves and make sure our trash is in the dumpsters. Communities require all to participate, but evidently you do not like that. Why don;t someone actually list something they have been "lied" about. We have never been lied to, we pay our rent on time, and get service (sans the one girl in the office I just avoid) when we ask for it. I have lived many places, and this is not nearly as bad as some would have it to be. Want better, then buy a house and do 100% of the work yourself.
