We only lived in Ashford meadows for six months, but the experience was good. The apartment is relatively new and is very spacious with walk-in closets. The rent is very decent for the area. There is ample parking, at least where we lived. There were no security concerns and it is a peaceful community.

One thing they did not do well is that the tenants who lived before us smoked heavily. The apartment smelled smoke for almost a month and the carpet was still wet (because of the cleaning) when we moved in. It took a few days to completely dry out.

The management is ok except for a couple of people who are a little rude. The fitness center has very little equipment but they do provide concession for residents at a local fitness center.
