The complex is dirty!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
There are not enough trash containers to handle the amount of trash that comes from the apartments so the trash piles up outside the containers.
The breezeways are dirty and when told to the manager they would not have them cleaned. Dirt is all over the walls and the stairs.
