My fiance and I moved in about a year ahalf ago. Everything seemed upto par. Nice staff, nice community. Great location. Well, it went down hill from there. Noisy neighbors. NOISY NEIGHBORS! I had a women who left a large dog out side on her porch all night to HOWL! ALL NIGHT! I had called animal patrol but I do not believe anything was done, because they next tday the ----- put the poor animal out again...in the rain. And these same neighbors had a BBQ pit on there BACK porch. Which is ILLGAL. And has caused the building to catch fire multiple times. But NOTHING HAS been done about. This is not to mention how high the stack trash around the bins. This is not india, this is not mexico. We do not live in our own FILTH. You control you animals, you control your children. And you mantine HYGINE. THis place is a festering filth pit. Not to mention the BUGS! Silver Fish and spiders everywhere. And poor maintaince. And don't get me start on management. They feel like they CAN WALK IN AT ANYTIME AND CHECK OUT THE PROPERTY WILLY NILLY! I am out of here. Gangs, nnoise, filth, over prices. Its a cestpool of slime. RUN!

I think u got troubled because of Dog and Dog owner Th BBQ guy Management...Non of these activities are done by ------- or --------.....This is STUPID & DUMB..........

I'll verify the trash situation. The people here are frigging disgusting. "Multi-cultural" my ass, this place is a dumping ground for H-1B's who don't give a rat's behind about anyone other than themselves. I've literally watched people walk all the way over to the dumpster and toss their garbage RIGHT UNDERNEATH THE DUMPSTER OPENING! If you're going to do that, take the extra effort and just throw it in the damn dumpster. And if people here learned how to open their doors without slamming them into other people's cars, i'd die of shock. Not to mention after one year of living here, my rent got jacked up $200 per month. It's cheaper just to hop a flight to calcutta and live in squalor.
