THE BAD: The units are now 10 years old (built around 1997) and the appliances are starting to fail. The buildings are starting to settle too much and if you look closly it is obvious. Look at the fourth floor exterior where the brick facade meets the siding. Since the building as a whole is heavier than the brick, the siding and shutters above the brick is getting pinched, starting to bow and in some cases looks like it will fall off soon. Hopefully not on your car below. This has also created water leaks around the windows. So far that has not been repaired. I have birds living in my drier vent all the time. They will not replace the cap on it that must have fallen off in a wind storm. There are a lot of drier vent caps missing from different building EXCEPT for the building with the models in it. It also looks like the siding has never been cleaned in my building, though every spring they clean the siding on the building with the models. If you get a unit, you better hope it is in the front building with the model units in it

MANAGEMENT: They lie. They will tell you one price and then weeks later they will leave a note on your door saying that you need to pay more money. They give out very little notice (normally less than 24 hours) that they will be entering the apartment for their regular checks. They recently replaced sprinkler heads and the workers left paint chips everywhere.

THE GOOD: I have lived there for a couple of years now. The units are a great size. Parking is ok and they do a good job of snow removal. They also re-mulch several times a year. Unfortunaly after they do someone always sets it on fire with a cigarette. So if your a firefighter with no standards this is the place for you.

RECAP: You can find a better place else where. Don't waste your time or money.
