Moved in early october, and so far we love it. Quiet community and the neighbors have been nice. We read all the reviews before signing the lease and were worried at first. But so far the leasing office has been great. They were all polite, friendly and very quick to respond with any/all issues we have had. The location is great and the apartment was in great shape.

The trash does add up but that is mainly from lazy people who dont put their trash in the bins.
