THE APARTMENTS ARE NICE. DON'T SETTLE. THE STAFF IS VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL AND AMITURE. DON'T BE EVEN ONE DAY LATE ON YOUR RENT OR ELSE THEY WILL START THE EVITION PROCESS AND YOU WILL PAY ALL OF THEIR ATTORNEY'S FEES...EVEN AFTER YOU'VE PAID YOUR RENT AND LATE FEE. THEY ARE TOTALLY MONEY HUNGRY AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO SCREW YOU OVER. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE BEFORE THIS COMPLEX.

First of all, you have a GRACE PERIOD. If you rent is late ONE day after the GRACE period, then you pay a late fee. You have several days to pay your rent AFTER it is due before late fees come in. Secondly, the courts CHARGE the community to file for court. Why would they pay that? Its YOU who was late and you want someone else to pay your fees? Grow some balls.

Face the fact. Ashford Meadows management team only cares about collecting your rent on time. Nothing else could be expected from them. I'm moving out ASAP. My next door neighbor told me about all the fees that Ashford Meadows charged him a week after he moved out. Get yourself out of there before they send the remodeling bill to you.

hey cpviolet you obviously do not live there. these folks are crazeee. they could care less if there are drugs being sold in the parking lots at night with pimp mobiles and so forth, blasting their loud music and people yelling and screaming for hours in the parking lots....but just let one little tiny thing happen...... like give them a check dated for the next day for your rent (and YOU ARE ONE WEEK EARLY GIVING IT TO THEM)...... they go and cash it, two minutes after they tell you it is OK to give them a check the day before you have trhe money in there..... they made me pay them $50 because THEY BROKE THEIR PROMISE AND WENT AHEAD AND TRIED TO CASH IT two minutes after I left their presence. They knew our paycheck would be in the following day...mind you, this is a full week before the rent was even due....we were going ot of town. I spent at least five minutes making sure they would NOT cash it until the following day; they are money hungry; it has been a month now since we moved out, and they still have to give me back my $300 deposit. I will absolutely go to court, as I took photos of the rugs and how clean I left the apartment, plus I padi them an extra $85 to clean it....I am going to court and getting all of my money back, including the $50 they made me pay them for a BAD CHECK, and then they got me bounced check fees ($35) and fees to go get a cashier's check...all because they lied to me...right to my face. This was after two years of getting along with them...they are freaking wierd people...unpredicatble, wierdly dishonest and outright blatant care-less liars. they will soon see me in court if they do nto return my deposit. By the way, they DO read this and they Do comment as though they were impartial renters, but they are not..Everyone I knew of hates it there. Just rent there is you want a constant supply of drugs right outside your door.
