Been here a year. Everything new when I moved in and since then, the day labor site closed and the entire neighborhood is covered with homeless men looking for work. Not a safe feeling at all. Many loiterers and even drunk people urinating on the lawn! Total slobs live here and no one cares about the place. Trash everywhere. Sorry but a total ghetto atmosphere especially on the playground. I don't let my kids play there cause of all the horribly behaved kids and F word being shot around.
The bugs have been the WORST. Bed bugs, roaches, and fleas. Kids and I constantly have bites and welts. Management tries to exterminate but at this point I need new mattresses and to wash everything after I move out. I am so upset about that. Trash in the stairwells and the bugs literally are in all the walls. You can hear everything neighbors do. Some really shady looking characters living here too. I do not like it at all. Security gate constantly broken. Found feces in laundry room.
