I've looked at these reviews and seen the no's but it is not like that at all. For one yes there was a homicide that occured at the complex and wound up at an office building. First of all this can happen anywhere. The staff have been very informative regarding the investigation and have been more then willing to give information to its tenants.
With that being said.. you get all the amenities you could ever want. The gym is huge then most normal apartments, the construction and quality is beautiful. The stainless stell appliances are great and work nicely.
I have not had any problems and enjoy living in this quiet community that enforces quiet hours!
