I just contacted the staff with a question/concern and they were very rude and incompetent. I feel like the staff has given up on customer service. I am aware that this is low-income housing, but I don't think that we should be treated any differently. We still get up and go to work every day and work very hard. Don't move here! You'll regret it everyday for the term of your lease.
