Its not so bad but, this place really does have too many kids. I am convinced that the income qualification is done using funny math. It is the only way to explain some of the people who have been granted access approval or the large number of kids. The garbage bin is a real problem. You cannot ever put garbage in it without there being a couple of days worth of garbage in there. There is no way there is a 4 day trash pick up. But for the price it is a great location and hopefully, the new construction in the area will make this place step up to the plate. One big problem is people who hang laundry from their balcony. Why isn't this dealt with. We all have dryers in our apts and I do not want to live in the ghetto.

i have been there for about 3years and i think that its a great place i havent found any other place thats cheap i like it cause there isnt any kids or grown folks haning outside late at night. the only thing i dislike is that i am on the bottom floor and i have all kinds of bugs in my home like silver fish and spiders and ants i think that they can really do something about it to put it to a stop and not tempary fix the problem by spraying it needs allot of work done from the outside like closing up holes. i dont agree with people hanging things on the balcony and yes the trash thing is a big problem but over all i love it for my kids and me
