I was new to the area when I rented here, and being a flight attendant it was a great location near to my job at Dulles Airport. There were 4 single females living in the same apartment but not all usually there at the same time. We found it pleasant, clean and appropiately priced. Our neighbors were all just fine, and the buildings were cleaned daily which I thought was a great switch from what I had been used to coming from new York. I'd rent there again if I were tranferred back into the area. Management was always kind and available to me whenever I needed them and maintenance was a dream!! I especially liked living next door to the movies and the grocery. The town is quaint, just big enough and there was easy access to anywhere else we needed to go.
