Dulles Greene is a very nice, comfortable complex. A lot of professionals live here, in and out so you don't see a lot of your neighbors which can be a good thing. I am lived here since March 2003 and currently leaving b/c of the renewal price which is $1550 compared $1244. First and second renewal price was between $50-$100 was very reasonable, but i guess the market is going up. Parking can be good and bad. Occassionally, there is no parking b/c other residents don't have parking in their usual area so they will park in the next closest parking lot to their building which means your parking lot. It is very well lit, a lot of residents have dogs so you will most likely see 2 or 3 people walking around. Reasonable visitor parking. Noticed the tow truck has not been around. Make sure you have your sticker b/c tow company does have someone walk the entire parking lot looking for some car to tow. $110 by the way. Inside the apartment is great, a lot of spacious room. I can say I have not had any maintenance problems in my apartment. Office staff is not so friendly I have to admit. I stood in the office for 10 mins. waiting for someone to help me. 1 staff guy was on his personal cell talking about vacation while a new tenant was signing papers and 1 staff lady at her desk calling someone and using her computer. I understand if you are busy, but staff can at least say "I will be with you in a second." One more thing about Dulles Greene-GREAT LOCATION! Right off of Rt.28 and Toll Rd, you have 7-11, Hula Inn (chinese restaurant), Dry cleaners, and Herndon police station down the road. It is sad that I have to leave, but other than that a great place to definitely live.
