In the space of the last year, this complex has gone from shabby to outright scummy. Numerous new residents include several families with school age children and teenagers, all of whom are to be found running around the complex and making all kinds of noise at all hours of the day. Given that several of the new residents appear to be single parent familes, my strong suspicion is that these are public assistance recipients.

More alarmingly, the compound is crawling with illegal immigrants. Some are apparently hired by management to paint or cut the grass. Others are gravitating over from the day labor site at the end of Rock Hill Road, and/or the soccer field in an empty lot abutting the Dulles Toll Road. Some even appear to live here, which, given the price range, again suggests that management accepts public assistance tenants.

Ah well, living here is a great way to learn some street Spanish, and to find out how much it costs to replace the windows and stereo in your car...........

-Dulles Greene Office There is already a response from an office member listed for this response in a separate entry. Several of the office staff lives at Dulles Greene and several live right down the road in downtown Herndon as well. All of us would recommend that anyone considering Dulles Greene drive through our property at different times during the day to make an assessment for yourself at how comfortable you would feel living here or call the non-emergency police number to get a report on crime in any apartment community of your choosing. Do not take comments posted on a website by people who are upset about pricing in Northern Virginia or who have had a grievance with management resolved not to their favor determine whether Dulles Greene is a nice place to live or not. Please read the other review from Dulles Greene's leasing office for further response to this review. Thank you.

So what if honest mexican bring family to live here in one bedroom apartment. How else we get to pay the big rent required by Dulles Green. Yes I mow lawn after coming home from landscaping company each day, why is this bad. Yes we cook spicy food and kids play outside until late like in mexico, why is this bad? Yes sometimes friends stay over drink tequila, shout and fight but do not involve neighbours, why is this bad. Yes sometimes friends fall down drunk in passage and spend night on floor, but do not interfere with other tenants, why is this bad? We are here to stay Gringo, Learn Sanish and get used to United States of mexico.
