I work at Dulles Greene. I read this feedback but I do not usually feel the need to respond. This site is a place for people to come and share their grievances and I understand that they use this as their forum to vent their frustration over some issues.. The positive feedback I get from residents in the office, the many people who choose to move in here and the very high percentage of residents that choose to renew tells a more accurate and factual story. For this reason I do not usually take offense to the things said on this site, in any business situation you will always have a handful of customers who feel they had a bad experience or been wronged for one reason or another and I am glad there is a forum for them to spend their time expelling this negative energy.

Over 2000 people live at Dulles Greene and we hear a very small amount of the negative feedback and few complaints for the amount of residents who share this community. we get a lot of referrals from our residents and do a very good job keeping the property clean, freshly painted, and nicely landscaped. We work very hard to ensure that the rules and regulations are followed and that all residents have a nice quality of life here.

Now this being said I am so disappointed that someone that lives here would say such ignorant and hurtful things about their neighbors in the community. Public assistance, a very nice program for people in need, is not accepted at Dulles Greene. All residents who live here have qualified under the same terms and conditions. I think it is sad that someone would spend there time saying such negative things about the people of this community. I am out on this property at all times of the day and night talking with residents and enjoying the community. I think the judgmental an ignorant attitude of the person who wrote this entry is a very disturbing, sad and pathetic way to be. I feel positive that this person has not actually talked to any of the people he is claiming to be living in the USA without legal rights, these judgments are only made on appearances. Northern Virginia is a very culturally diverse area, I feel lucky to live in an area that is home to so many wonderful cultures and diverse people to learn from. I want to apologize for the person who wrote the entry, I feel embarrassed for this person. I hope that they will be able to find acceptance in their hearts for people of all races, status, gender or life situations, the world would be a very boring place if we were all cut from one cloth.

Dulles Greene is a very nice community, with a lot of nice resident activities and a clean and beautiful environment. I would urge anyone reading this site to visit the property and make some decisions for yourself.

I also live there and have seen a MASSIVE INFLUX of HIGH-CRIME LOW CLASS people as of late. It's not a matter of whether you like diversity or not. Having the whole apartment block and passage stink to high heaven of garlic and onions or curry everytime you go out your door is unnaceptable. The feminist liberal who wrote the above article forgot to mention that she also likes open borders, that the U.S.A does not have a culture worth protecting, that English should not be the official language and that everyone from everywhere should be allowed to come to the U.S without getting screened or being inconvenienced by federal immigration laws. There is no 9/11 in her little world. Crime does not exist. There are jobs a plenty in the U.S. There is no such thing as too many illegals taking the jobs from American workers as according to her pea-sized brain EVERYONE is an American. What a joke. I am moving out at the end of the month. I got tired of my clothes stinking of ethnic food from the stench in the passages and the rest of the complex. If you want a good sample of living in the THIRD WORLD...then this is the place to be.
