I don't quite understand all the problems that people are listing on this site. I have lived here for over a year and I've been very happy. The apartment grounds are very well maintained and parking is not a problem except for guests. My neighbors are quiet and don't have any noise problems in my area of the complex. I almost didn't rent because of this site, but am happy I did. I think the majority of the complaints are a few very upset people who are trying to get back at the complex. My advice, read through the posts and filter out all the racist and unreasonable comments and look for patterns in the complaints like parking and maintenance.

Some things that I agree with:

Not sure what is with the Tahoe on blocks in the apartment and why the apartments have not had this addressed. Although I've wondered how they are going to get it out of the complex without a crane.(The mercedes and bmw on either side are parked close and havn't moved in some time)

Maintenance is slow to respond and does need a few calls for follow up. But to be fair, this seems to be the trend in VA Apts for some reason.

The office staff has been very helpful although they should think about the fact that residents (potential and existing) are why they have a job.
