I have taken the time to read the other comments about Dulles Greene, and to tell you the truth I am very surprised at some of the comments. All I can think is that there are malcontents no matter where you live. To complain because you had to pay a late charge for paying your rent late is unbelieveable. If you pay any bill late, you pay a late charge. If you owned your own home and you paid the bank late, they would charge you a late fee. Most of the other complaints were from people who, the bottom line is, don't like to follow the rules set by the community. If you park illegal cars on the property and they get towed, it's because you didn't follow the rules you agreed to when you moved in. To complain about childern is just as ridiculous. Should the world stop having childern so they're not bothered' Maybe they should be living in a adult community or a nursing home. My wife and I have lived at Dulles Greene for two years now and we love it here. We moved here from Alexandria. After living there, this is heaven. Live there for one month and you'll be begging the staff here to take you back. As for the staff, they are hard working, helpful, and caring people. The landscaping here is beautiful and well kept. The buildings are clean, well built, and well maintained. The property manager is always trying to make improvements and deals well with suggestions and comments in a professional manner. The cost of the apartments here is no higher then anywhere else. As a matter of fact it's alittle less exspensive. People certainly get their monies worth living at Dulles Greene.

Do we work for Dulles Greene, or do you live in a building in an imaginary world? You obviously don`t live in a building surrounded by the evergrown children population which no parents take part in watching. Have you ever had any or your vehicles damaged by these wonderful children that live in the neighborhood? I have had two damaged, so until you have had to come out and seen your new 30k vehicle damaged by children playing with tree branches or with trash and caught them doing all of this in your "reserved" driveway to your new vehicle then do you have the right to comment on anything.

dullesgreenesucksdonkeys - I'm sorry, but with that screen name alone, how is any one to take you seriously? When there are problems with children, you take it up with their parents.
