The "luxury" features are all a fascade. I will never rent here again, and will never buy a Toll Brother's home. The complex is crammed into a small space without adequate parking or trash facilities. The way the place is designed results in only about 20% of residents being ideally located near all of the facilities: pool, gym, leasing office, dumpster, extra parking, etc. Residents will have to get used to carting their rubbish 2-4 city blocks depending on their location in the complex. You may have to park a few blocks away from your apartment as well. If you've got a motorcycle then you'll have to use a centrally located motorcycle parking area that is about 4 blocks from most residents. There is absolutely nothing luxury about this situation. The late fees and miscellaneous penalties are steep (10% of non-discounted market rate--which results in an effective 25% penalty). They are eager to tow vehicles, but not eager to fix maintenance issues.
