Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Neighbors in both sides make tooo much noise one playing music or movies until early in the morning hours. The other watches sports at 3:00 in the morning and likes to yell. Landscaping covered with dog excrement, No assigned parking, computer lab never works. When called for an emergency repair they take along time to respond. Went w/o AC for almost a week in August.
