The leasing office writes that complaints of noise here are infrequent'!!!! Listen to a tenant of 5 years here and leaving. I live above a nightclub too and I'm not the only one. I have called the police who say it is up to leasing office to enforce it and when you go to the leasing office they say to call the police. The tenants know nothing will be done so they continue to play loud music every weekend. And, yes, I can see the children playing in front of the dumpsters too! Parking is extremely limited and the staff ignores your issues after you move in. I have moved units due to noise 3 times!!! Believe the statements posted here. There are not just random neighbors being loud and the staff will do nothing! Oh, and try and get your security deposits back when you move...I've had to fight every year threatening lawsuits to get a portion back. Don't waste your money. This is NOT a place for professionals who need a peaceful night's sleep!
