"state-of-the-art gym"-- yeah right!

Like any other apartment complex, we have pros and cons here.
Pros:
- The maintenance is fairly quick to respond to apartment requests.
Cons:
- Gym (all 3 exercise bikes are non-functional, and they're missing 20, 25, and 30 lb weights)
- Parking (the number of visitor passes issued is VERY limited); late at night, good luck finding a resident spot near your unit
- Cheapo appliances have broken down multiple times
The place isn't as bad as people on here typically say, relative to other complexes. With that said, they're far from perfect and have to rectify numerous issues to meet my expectations.
Since "Dulles Greene Management" likes to post here, I'd like to read their thoughts specifically on their upkeep of our gym. They can't argue the facts here. Please fix the place up.
UPDATE1: Sometime in early July, Dulles Greene updated their gym equipment.
UPDATE2: The uploaded picture shows what the other tenants have discussed, regarding the "golf carts" driven by the maintenance crew. They generally park wherever they want, regardless of if they're loading things or not.

One more issue with the gym: One of the TVs is always tuned to the food channel and it is impossible to change the channel! (or at least I haven't figured it out)

I submitted a maintenance request over a month ago had it has yet to be addressed. I also submitted one 2.5-weeks ago and nobody has stopped by (I even called to get a status update on this one).
Gym equipment looks like it has been replaced with the cheapest stuff out there.
The golf carts are parked right in the road usually so you have to dodge them when you are trying to come home. If they aren't there, then seems like other cars park there. They don't enforce anything around here.
