It's been a year now since I first moved in. Dulles Greene is the 3rd apartment home in the area that I've lived in, and by FAR the best. There is very minimal noise, if any. I often feel as if my husband and I have our own place since it's been so quiet! The thing I am most happy with is the maintenance. There has not been any major issues, but when we have called they were very quick to respond. Not always the next day (come on, the community is very big, just have a little patience!), but it's never taken them more than 2 days to come and when they do they get the job done right! I've lived in smaller communities where it would take them at least a week to show, if they did at all.

Our neighbors are very friendly, the staff has always been there to help, the parking is adequate (we've had to park a little further than we wanted to a few times late at night but nothing to complain about), the homes are beautiful and well made, the area is perfect... I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone!

And for the angry reviewers (that don't make much sense to me): Be grateful for what you have. It could always be worse! :)

Yup, it could always be worse. But then again, it could be better, couldn't it? It is September now, and I have one maintenance issue from June that still has not been resolved. I even called and complained to the property manager and she apologized and agreed it was ridiculous, but the issue still remains. One issue from July 3 should still be open, I guess they forgot about that one too. I find that if you need any maintenance done, it is usually easier to just go to the hardware store and do it yourself. At least that way you know it is going to be done right and in the end it is a lot less stress.
