Dulles Greene, used to be a great community to live, polite/friendly staff, well manicured ground and a large nicely appointed apartments. Well, that's gone....rude staff, paper and garbage everywhere, a pool on a 100 degree day that's not open. It's a total mess with no one minding the store! The pool this summer has been a joke, not open due to repairs, no lifeguards, end result no pool. There are no apologies only it is what it is from the office. Unbelievable, and believe me they won't be deducting anything off your monthly rent, which is very high. Don't live here if your looking for quality of live. The tenents have changed too.,seems that they letting everyone who has a dime live here and believe me it shows.

As I have been reminded on numerous occasions while living here, they can change policies whenever they feel like it and you really canā??t do anything about it. Take ANY amenity this place provides and there is something wrong with it. I think the staff has a lot of fun trying to think of minor annoyances that will drive the residents nuts!
If you are going to move in, set your expectations as low as possible. Then, donā??t be surprised when they canā??t even meet those.
As for the current residents, I am cautious to agree. These are apartments, and with that you tend to get a mix of people living there. Housing is Northern VA is very expensive, and this placed seems in line with what everyone else. So, if those people are paying the same as I am, and had to go through the same application process, who am I to judge? I will add that I donā??t really like all the cars flying through the parking lot and playing their music so loud the windows rattle, but again, I think you would run into that anywhere.
