Let s start with the RUDE staff. My lease is up in a few weeks and I will be writing a letter to upper management and giving them the link to this site because it is obvious that something needs to be done. The grounds are nice for the most part besides the occasional dumpsters that overflow. Parking is horrible so don't even think about having friends over. If you need something fixed do it yourself if you can it may be a while before maintenance gets there. Oh did I mention the staff is RUDE.

Dude,
Don't waste your time writing. I personally spoke with the "Big Wig" in the corporate office and he defended his incompetent, unprofessional, rude and egotistical staff. After losing my rent check twice, having numerous problems almost to the point of getting myself into serious trouble, I moved. The staff there brings out the worse in a Nun, they are PATHETIC! They lie, they cover each other even when they are wrong and they are unsympathetic to any and everything. That is the worst apt. complex I have ever resided. I was so desperate, I settled for a room in someone's basement. Not to mention the misleading adds about monies being applied to a Toll Brothers condo if you wished to purchase, that too was LIE! I'm sorry you had to experience this but the funny thing is you say- I am going to direct them to this site, if you go back and read dear, management actually responds to our messages and even then they are unprofessional and come off very rude. PATHETIC! I say we start a petition to put them out of business completely! Our solution-fire the entire staff and start over!
